Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Lara has recently joined Bayswater Physiotherapy after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame. Her clinical training spans a wide range of settings, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, stroke rehabilitation, child development, and cardiothoracics, giving her a well-rounded foundation to support patients of all ages and needs.
With a lifelong background in dance, Lara brings a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to her practice. Her experience as a dancer and co-director of a dance studio has fuelled her passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Lara, also a Pilates instructor, combines movement education with therapeutic principles to support functional strength and recovery.
Driven by a commitment to evidence-based practice, Lara is passionate about enhancing patient outcomes and promoting overall well-being through holistic, patient-centred care. Lara’s professional interest’s include sporting injuries and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain and women’s health.
Outside of work, Lara enjoys cooking, catching up with friends for a coffee and long walks along the beach in the sunshine. She is excited to bring her diverse skill set, clinical knowledge, and personal passion to her role at Bayswater Physiotherapy, helping every patient reach their full potential.
